First Communion 2011

Congratulations to all the parents and especially to the children who made their first Holy Communion in Blackrock on Sat. 21 May.
As in other years it was a very special and rewarding experience.
Great credit is due to the children who were wonderful on the day, to Mrs. O'Sullivan, Ms. McDonnell and Ms. matthews for all the preparations. A special mention is due for the musicians and choir who sang so well and also Mrs. Fegan .
The gathering afterwards in the school hall was very relaxed and the cup of tea very welcome. We recognise our vibrant Parents' Council who made that part of the day so special. Thank you everybody.
