This month, we celebrate an extraordinary young hero from our school community—Jonathan Lennon, who has made a significant impact by raising €860.00 for Barretstown Children’s Charity.

Jonathan’s journey began at just six years old when he was diagnosed with large-cell anaplastic lymphoma. After months of intensive treatment, he and his family found solace and support at Barretstown, a camp dedicated to helping children with serious illnesses.

Inspired by his experiences at the camp, Jonathan decided to give back by selling Barretstown snap bands. His determination and creativity resonated with friends and family, leading to an impressive fundraising total that will help other children like him find joy and support.
Jonathan’s story reminds us all of the power of community and kindness!

His bravery and initiative have not only helped Barretstown but have also inspired our school to come together for a greater cause.
Congratulations, Jonathan! Your spirit and dedication are truly inspiring. Keep shining bright!
