Book Week 

As part of the school’s Book Week, we dressed up as and drew our favourite book characters, designed book covers and visited Louth County Library.

Music in 2nd Class

We love to play percussion instruments in 2nd Class. We used tambourines, triangles, woodblocks and bells to play a traditional Irish song.

STEM Activity- 3D Shapes

To help us learn about 3D shapes in Maths, we made our own shapes with matchsticks and bluetack. Check out our creations!

Skipping Workshop 

Spring Art

Check out our Spring art! We painted daffodils, drew Spring animals and designed our own “shamrock emojis” for St. Patrick’s Day.

Christmas Talent Show

On the last day before the Christmas break, we held a talent show in 2nd Class. The children sang songs, performed dances, did magic tricks, told jokes, juggled and even performed a play.
